College & University Association Programme
Designed for institutions seeking to provide students with meaningful experiential learning opportunities beyond traditional academic frameworks.
The SMJMUN College & University Association Programme is designed for institutions that seek to provide students with meaningful experiential learning opportunities beyond traditional academic frameworks. Through a combination of professional training and an international-standard conference experience, students develop the communication, analytical, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills required in today's interconnected world.
Whether pursuing Management, Law, Engineering, Medicine, Commerce, Humanities, Science, or any other discipline, students benefit immensely from the ability to communicate effectively, engage with diverse perspectives, and contribute constructively to complex discussions.

Building professional communication and negotiation skills.
2-Day Training
Phase I — Delegate Preparation
Two days of focused preparation. Day 1 covers foundations and research — Introduction to MUN, understanding international institutions, committees and agendas, rules of procedure, research methodology, country portfolio development, position paper preparation, and conference readiness. Day 2 focuses on communication and negotiation — public speaking fundamentals, committee strategy, professional communication, negotiation and lobbying, resolution drafting, leadership and team collaboration, and effective delegate participation.

Simulating real-world decision-making environments.
3-Day Conference
Phase II — International-Standard Conference
Participants engage in a professionally managed conference designed to simulate real-world discussions and decision-making environments. The conference includes committee sessions, policy deliberations, structured debate, negotiation and collaboration, resolution drafting, leadership opportunities, opening and closing ceremonies, and awards and recognition. Students gain exposure to policy analysis, strategic thinking, communication, and collaborative problem-solving.
